David and Katy run West Cornwall Adventure (WCA) on The Lizard and at Portreath; more than a surf school, it offers safe, sea-based exhilaration.
When they came to us, WCA was an idea as much as a business. The good news, along with their kit and know-how, was the deal they had with the National Trust for exclusive use of two beaches, and permission to use the NT's prestigious logo. BIG news for a small new and exciting business.
The downside was budget. But we're used to that, and we love working with start-ups, so we did a deal: a ten-person Leap (and some clients/pals) team gets a free WCA adventure, the cost of it helps pay for our work, it extended the budget and Leap got to play.
We don't always do deals, but always do flexibility.
